Rubicon Tahoe Owners, Inc. (RTO) exists to manage, operate, repair, and maintain the common area beaches and amenities as a homeowner’s association. RTO is managed by a Board of Directors and uses an external organization, HOA Accounting Services, to administer assessments and keep track of memberships. Owners of developed properties within the Rubicon subdivisions may join or “opt-in” to the RTO Association. RTO members pay an annual assessment, which enables them access to the common area beaches, piers, Kayak & SUP storage, and the opportunity to rent a buoy.
